JOB DESCRIPTION
· Plan and make strategy about marketing.
· Driving all growth-related activities for social and digital channels.
· Following and controlling marketing campaigns, review performance marketing campaigns.
· Responsible for paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube and other online [protected info] planning to execution (PR, Digital, Community, Media).
· Handle & develop organic and paid search (SEO optimization/SEM) - Responsible for implementation and improve customer experience through platforms: Website (core platform), Online advertising, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Content, Video, Digital OOH, etc ... to boost SEO results (Google Analysis, Google Web Master Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush...).
· Manage and Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to create detailed content ideas for website, Fanpage, Youtube, Instagram, Zalo .... and advertising channels (on SEO standard)
· Make MKT strategy to attract traffic / boost sales
· Actively update new trends and media channels on the market to apply to projects and products that the company offers.
· Increasing brand awareness on Social Media channels.
· Controlling the company's attendance at events.
· Control digital performance budget and manage social campaign management of all digital channels to drive strong return on investment (ROI).
· Forecast levels of traffic volumes, track against budget and all acquisitions targets (KPIs & ROI).
· Analyze digital data, audience insights to draw key recommendation - Measure and report performance of weekly/ monthly marketing campaigns
· Other duties depend on project requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Background: Social/ Community/ Account Social department
2. Experience
· At least 3 years of working in Advertising agency.
· At least 2 years of working in the related position with the same level.
· Be able to work for multi brands at the same time.
· Directly working with KOL, Influencers, communities, or manage booking agencies for big social outreach projects.
3. Knowledge
· Have good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & social management tool.
· Have knowledge about KOL, KOC, Influencer, and community from planning to execution.
4. Skills
· Good at communication in both English & Vietnamese.
· Good at problem-solving in a calm manner.
· Good project management skills: raising quotations, tracking timeline, reporting.
· Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
· Presentation & critical thinking skills.
5. Personality/ Attitude
· Trend follower and quick adaptation.
· Patient, dedicated, and passionate about social media management.
· Proactive, supportive and responsible, work independently.
· Solution-oriented and client service mindset.
· Time management skill.
