pWe are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the digital presence of our brand.
# **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging and relevant content for online platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
4. Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, optimizing for increased effectiveness.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Marketing Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
8. Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across various platforms.
9. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market research to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations./p

Yêu cầu
p- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- +5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
