Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term
marketing plans aligned with the brand's business strategy.
- Position the brand in the market and increase brand awareness.
Campaign management
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns (online and offline), including advertising,
communications,
digital marketing, social media, events, and PR.
- Plan and monitor the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI based on project objectives.
Market and consumer analysis
- Research trends in the cosmetics/FMCG industry and analyze consumer buying behaviors
to propose optimal engagement strategies.
- Monitor competitors and evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.
Team leadership
- Manage and train the marketing team, ensuring a creative and professional work
environment.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product development for
campaign execution
Brand and product management
- Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
- Support new product development and implement appropriate pricing and distribution
strategies.
Performance measurement and reporting
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Manage personnel within the marketing management group.
- Update and report work progress as required.
