We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our marketing both online and offline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across online and offline channels to achieve business goals.
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Work closely with other teams to achieve the goal of promoting products and services effectively.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to optimize and refine strategies.
Develop engaging content for various channels, including social media and offline events.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing and brand role with a strong emphasis on both online and offline strategies
Proficiency in
digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products.
Experience in Health & Wellness, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or Food and Beverage (F&B) Industries is a plus.
