A team player with 3-5 years of experience in financial services, technology, online platforms, or related industries.
5+ years of marketing experience (in-house or agency).
3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience to drive data-informed decisions.
3+ years of experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget).
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Demonstrated capability in lead generation funnels, SEO, email marketing, paid media, social media, CRO, branding, and copywriting.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strategic thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and converting them into business impact.
Strong interest or understanding of the financial markets, including currency trends, gold prices, and global economic shifts, with the ability to translate these topics into meaningful marketing strategies.
Positive mindset with a track record of overcoming challenges.
