We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the direction and performance of Shabu Shō and Project Gyutan. This role bridges strategy and execution-translating brand thinking into clear plans and ensuring every initiative is delivered with consistency and measurable impact.
You will define how the brands show up through effective marketing strategies, and build strong consumer connections that drive sustainable business growth. The role is accountable for brand performance, innovation execution, and communication development, ensuring a consumer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
Business & Brand Strategy
Define marketing direction, campaign concepts, messaging, and KPI framework based on business goals and customer insight
Understand target audience, dining behavior, and key occasions to inform strategy and campaign development
Propose new initiatives, campaigns, and growth opportunities to expand reach and relevance
Ensure all outputs consistently reflect brand identity, positioning, and communication standards
Plan & Execution Management
Translate strategy into structured plans, timelines, and clear campaign briefs
Break down plans into actionable tasks, assign ownership, and manage execution progress
Guide internal team to ensure clarity, accountability, and consistent output quality
Ensure all deliverables meet approved standards before publishing
Performance & Optimization
Track and evaluate campaign and channel performance
Analyze data to identify insights and improvement opportunities
Work with external agency (e.g. Ads) to align KPI, review results, and optimize funnel and effectiveness
Maintain awareness of budget allocation, cost efficiency, and ROI impact
Partnership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage external partners including agency, KOL/KOC, media, and production vendors
Ensure partner deliverables align with approved briefs, timelines, and brand direction
Follow up on contracts, acceptance, and coordinate deliverables for payment completion
Work closely with internal teams, especially Operations, to align marketing with actual service experience
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years in marketing (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred)
Experience in managing teams working on brand development projects and marketing activities, and cross-functional projects
Understanding of food and restaurant environments
Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
Solid project management and execution management skills
Ability to read and interpret performance data
Good understanding of
