SCOPE OF WORK
Managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation and long-term marketing strategy for the company.
Overseeing the look and content of the company website. Developing a platform for open an online store and managing the e-commerce team.
Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.
Manage and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, build brands, develop online and offline CRM systems, expand customer networks and be responsible for 30% of the company's annual sales target.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the online marketing department.
Responsible for 30% of annual sales revenue set by the company
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, buying team, she / he should demonstrate not only the functional capabilities, but also leadership and passion of the Brand.
Develop annual PR marketing plan with goals, strategies, tactics, and programs accordingly to the brand and company's vision.
Online store and managing the e-commerce team
Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, product sales, ROI and generate appropriate traffic
Managing the whole website content, visual and sales. Evaluate and update corporate web content that include re-designing home and other pages to optimize campaign effectiveness
Writing articles. Supervising page view daily and monthly
Responsible for all online activities
Create and maintain an online business plan
Staying up to date on software or data trends
Keep current knowledge of online trends
Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
Provide analytic reports of online sales
7. Media & Communications (PR)
Constantly explore digital and social media platforms to create omni-channel strategy to expand reach
Cultivate close rapport with press to secure good coverage
Be creative in PR and PR community engagement to steer our position
Manage media plan & media coverage
Measure and report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, social media, Email marketing
8. Product management
Develop and implement product marketing plan in consistency and at scale in Vietnam local market
Bring the company's strategy to life and constantly explore new opportunities to win market share and ranking and considering each brand's strategy
Direct responsibility and accountability on building budget plans
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies and plan proactive actions
Cultivate the fashion passion both internally and externally
9. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Implement animation plan by store for events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
Communicate the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives to the Sales team in a regular and timely manner to make sure that the plans are successfully executed
Actively explore CRM opportunities, translate the CRM insights into marketing activities to drive the customer recruitment, engagement, premiumization and localization
Organizing fashion shows and events, store events from time to time
10. Planning for hiring, Interviews, trains marketing staff members.
11. Ready to accept any job rotation of the Company upon request, including the assignment of employees to perform work in other companies of the owner of Global Link Corporation
