Product management
• Develop an omnichannel product marketing strategy with focus on hero products
• Strategize a differentiated product portfolio (merchandizing and assortment) by door to support key launches, brand campaigns and promotional plans
• Lead forecasting and product analytics to drive KPIs and support forecast accuracy
• Plan product forecast and stock allocation, in particular new launch forecast across all channels
+ Order new launch stocks (including FG and POSM: PR,
Testers, Samples, VMD)
+ Analyse performance for new launches
• Develop product strategies that is aligned with channel strategy to achieve consumer acquisition and retention objectives, and commercial targets
• Visual Merchandising Implementation:
+ Forecasting new launches and VM updates, in line with brand guidelines and budget
+ Lead the deployment in stores for new launches animation and VM updates
• Analyse competitive trends (product category mapping, pricing) and market trends to identify any areas of opportunity and risks
• Develop product/ brand proposition and story- telling aligned with brand DNA, consumer insights.
PR/ KOL/ KOC Community management
• Develop PR and Influencer strategy including organic seeding, paid partnerships/ content and event integration
• Lead the identification and nurturing of local influencer partnerships including storytelling, seeding, creative mailing, and content creation
• Define targets for PR/ Influencer programs and track the effectiveness of each investment to target ROI targets
• Manage relations with KOL/ KOC/ MUA for brand love support and campaign focus
• Implement paid and non-paid KOL activities and community activations on brand campaigns across all channels
• Develop and lead brand collaborations, including ideating and securing brand partners and ensuring seamless launch in collaboration
• Coordinate with CRM team to build CRM campaigns & communication supports. Oversee customer retention strategies, analyse customer data to create personalized communication and exclusive activities for loyal members, prepare action plans based on
digital marketing strategies to recruit new customers via online channels and data synchronization between online system & offline system.
• Develop Partnership to expand customer database to grow the brand.
• Ensure the brand guidelines are adhered yet facilitate customer experience.
• Build strong network and relationship with KOL/ Media partners/ Business partners for new business opportunities and social buzz.
Media
• Assist to drive strategy across all media channels, seeing through omni campaign briefs from conceptualization to execution
• Support the annual media plan development based on marketing goals, identify optimized media model and channel mix for hero and always-on campaigns
Retail marketing management
• Develop an integrated and omnichannel retail activation plan for new product launches and key campaigns
• Support the brand to drive elevated in-store experiences and omnichannel execution excellence.
• Coordinate with Training/ Retail to support sales team/ customer experience.
Budget management
• Responsible for A&P budget planning in alignment with brand budget. Strategically allocated resources across Digital, Media, PR, and Trade to maximize ROI and brand visibility
• Manage and deliver budget on monthly basis
• Identify new opportunities to operate cost efficiently by partnering new vendors, utilizing new materials, and adopting new ways of working
