- Develop and implement the annual integrated Marketing Plan, including Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing,
Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, and Sales Support Programs; monitor and evaluate overall effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain a consistent brand image, brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Division to ensure growth across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on branding, communications, sales materials,
trade marketing programs, promotions, customer conferences, roadshows, activations, POSM displays, and other sales-driving activities at points of sale.
- Monitor and stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to develop appropriate marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget, measure return on investment (ROI), and provide periodic reports to the Management Board on implementation results, budget utilization, and improvement recommendations.
- Lead and develop the Marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Organize, assign, and supervise the work of the Marketing team.
- Establish objectives, KPIs, reporting systems, and employee performance evaluations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities and competencies of team members.
- Develop brand identity systems and sales support tools, including sales kits, catalogs, brochures, color charts, product introduction materials, technical instructional videos, and product training content.
- Develop and drive the Marketing Digital Transformation strategy.
- Develop Marketing Digital Transformation plans aligned with the company's business model, sales channel structure, and product brand strategy.
- Manage and optimize key digital channels, including the company website, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, digital advertising platforms, and other online content channels.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop digital tools, reporting dashboards, CRM/marketing databases, and automation solutions in line with the company's implementation roadmap.
- Enhance the digital capabilities of the Marketing team and promote a data-driven, content-driven, and commercial-driven mindset in daily marketing operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
