PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Marketing Officer supports in all aspects of Heritage Line's marketing activities and hold the strings together. She/he handles assigned tasks and projects individually and ensure its timely execution with a strong focus on quality. This person is involved in the organization, planning, implementation, handling, administration, documentation, monitoring and measuring of various marketing activities on and offline that will drive the marketing performance of the sales and marketing department. The marketing officer is involved in the planning and roll out of marketing campaigns; the development of sales and marketing collaterals, promotions, presentations; the operational controlling of social media and online marketing channels, the planning and organisation of PR, photo shootings or other events.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
• Organization and handling (with full or shared responsibility) of tasks and projects in the on- and offline marketing following the sales and marketing plan and calendar (weekly, monthly, annually)
• Liaising between internal and external stakeholders involved in Heritage Line's whole marketing spectrum to ensure a seamless administration and controlling of all marketing activities
• Organize and oversee communication campaigns, events. Exhibitions and other project based jobs online and offline
• Work with external business partners (provide information, create agreement, documentations) as the first contact point in the Heritage Line Marketing department
• Contribute with ideas of conceptual marketing and update marketing collaterals (online and offline)
• Responsible of all KPI records in the marketing team
• Handle and support with website content, social media content, monthly newsletters, EDM planning, database management and other e-based marketing tools and instruments
• Prepare administrative documents, be in charge of recording key data and create reports
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing with a good knowledge of marketing best practices on an international parquet
• Proven experience as marketing officer or executive in a similar role with a solid and broad professional marketing experience
• Thorough knowledge of planning and execution of marketing campaigns and other activities (on and offline)
• Possesses an absolute talent in organization and loves to manage and organize tasks and projects in very detail with a good time management to it
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Create mind-set
• Understand the world of luxury when it comes to personas, markets and marketing activities
• Analytical and structured working method, multi-tasking, Data-driven mind-set
• Basic - Good experience with Marketing & Design Software (Email marketing, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Digital marketing tools incl. analytics, etc) // Very good experience in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure keeping a level head and comfortable working with numbers, metrics and the processing of figures with spreadsheets
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Flexibility to work overtime if needed. Travelling within the region if requested
• Proven experience as marketing officer or executive in a similar role with a solid and broad professional marketing experience
• Thorough knowledge of planning and execution of marketing campaigns and other activities (on and offline)
