Job summary: Supervise brokerage retail marketing plan based on comprehensive and scientific analysis of markets and customers, and plan customer-oriented brand/ marketing activities to internalize untact and inactive accounts.
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Research and analyze competitors, markets, media trends, customer insights to propose appropriate competitive communications strategies, ensuring optimal effectiveness;
- Support finding new and effective advertising channels, applying AI in marketing;
- Join the team in building and managing Marketing campaigns, contributing creative content ideas for
Digital Marketing campaigns;
- Create content, propose new attractive and feasible media ideas;
- Support the production of article, image, and video content on owned social channels.
- Support in creating content and design (images, videos) for company products/services;
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manage and BOM.
