Plan detailed event timelines, run-of-show, and logistics for workshops, seminars, and large-scale programs (e.g., COS PRO exam on yearly basis). Coordinate venues, equipment, materials, and staffing.
Manage full event lifecycle including pre-event preparation, on-site operations, and post-event wrap-up. Ensure smooth execution and handle unexpected issues in real time.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and Sales team to execute campaigns aimed at brand awareness, lead generation and partnership.
Measure event performance (attendance, leads, engagement), prepare reports, and propose improvements for future events.

Number of successful events executed (quality & timeline).
Event attendance and participant engagement rate.
Number of leads generated from events and conversion rate from event participants to program registrations.
PR coverage and brand visibility from campaigns.
Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, Event Marketing, or related roles.
Proven experience in organizing and managing events.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
