The role Senior Branding & Social Executive for Kaypay Consumer Marketing Reporting Head of Consumer Marketing
Key tasks and responsibilities
Lead and own the overall social strategy and planning based on given budget & timeline
Day-to-day social content production (statics & videos) & management on owned communication channels:Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linked-in, CRM and external channels such as social outreach, media & PR.
Tweaking social media content to understand the audience better and improve engagement on a weeklybasis.
Individual take or support other Marketing tasks assigned from upper level.
Monitor social media performance and develop monthly reports. Identify social media KPIs to be used to measure success.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media. Generate insights based on social media campaign performances, consumer sentiments and reactions, as well as social trends.
Present plans & reports.
