Mô tả công việc
Marketing & Communications Management
- Responsible for marketing campaign planning and execution (ATL and BTL activities).
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager in the formulation of multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at augmenting the visibility of the NATRA and partner communities' brands.
- Organize and manage marketing events, including workshops, seminars, digital events, sustainability initiatives, and other requests from the Marketing Manager.
Multi-channel Content Management:
- Develop strategies and implement marketing campaigns, to effectively promote the brand and product toward target audience, leading to high brand awareness and positive impacts on sales.
- Compose a plan of action for consistently publishing content to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
- In conjunction with external digital design agency create a development plan for the brand's website to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Conduct analysis to assess the performance of digital content and optimize content for search engines.
Event Coordination & Management:
- Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to determine event requires, and serve as a liaison with upper management executives as well as stakeholders along the preparation phase.
- Locate resources, visit venues, and conduct pre-event meetings to assist staff with event design selections.
- Plan and organize event logistics, including contracts, guest lists, venue setup, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, etc.
Sustainable Development Management:
- Identify, evaluate, plan, and implement Sustainable Development initiatives that focus on the environment, community, hazardous women and children, education, and charity, among other areas. Utilizing the organizations of your partners, oversee and manage corporate actions related to sustainable development.
- Create collateral, such as internal communication materials and impact reports.
- Assist in building and maintaining a global network of charity partners. Oversee collaborations with favored charitable organizations and provide employee engagement prospects. Examine the possibilities, trends, and issues related to social impact. Support the team-led, NATRA partner-delivered skills training initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in social science, public policy, communication, journalism or similar
- At least 3 years professional experience in the field of Marcom and events management
- Practical experience with media production (video production, writing articles, press releases, graphic design)
- Excellent writing abilities both in Vietnamese and English
- Strong analytical, creative, and organizational abilities
- Creative, good organizational skills and strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work if requested in project partner premises
