Marketing Specialist/Nhân Viên Marketing

- Develop annual marketing plan aligned with the business objectives and implement agreed the plan.
- Responsible for execution of all marketing communications activities.
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our digital properties, including websites, social media, etc.
- Graphic design: Generating ideas and designing marketing and communication artworks.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through Calls-to-action, social sites, and lead-generation content
- Create and continuously refresh collaterals needed to promote the business and our services including presentations, brochures, sales kits, flyers, and standees.
- Responsible for the company's digital communication channels, including:
o Website - promoting and managing content system and linking to relevant articles, workshops, training courses, and research.
o Social sites - promoting relevant news through appropriate digital channels for HR, L&D community
- Manage client database for activities - email marketing, sms marketing, and events.
- Plan, organize, execute, and manage annual events including free workshops, webinars, talk shows.
- Conduct research/survey participants/clients for testimonials.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing and communications activities and results to Business Development Manager.
Technical management and support
- Responsible for the company's digital assets, including:
o Domain/hosting website: register domain/hosting, coordinate hosting vendor and website vendor.
o CRM system: manage CRM and coordinate with the provider.
- Take requests from the sales team in order to support clients with designing/training/logistics.
- Support other departments per request.
