Market research
• Identify trends and insights, execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
• Allocate marketing investments
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Plan and direct marketing campaigns and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Expanding the customer base with CRM program by upselling and cross-selling, and Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
• Optimize content and advertising for the website and social media platforms
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, etc.
• Track the website traffic flow
• Implement and analyze performance metrics
• Measure campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Others
• Provide internal reports on a regular basis
• Other tasks as required by direct supervisor

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years previous relevant marketing experience required from a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment.
Language: English and Vietnamese (Native)
Office skills: Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications; CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ad Words etc.
