Collaborate closely with the Buyers, Design, and Omni-channel teams to coordinate promotional activities and provide strategic direction to achieve communication and campaign objectives.
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (
Trade Marketing / Omni Channels), ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of current marketing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies and communication plans for Trade and E-commerce channels.
Conduct market surveys and perform market analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
Support and follow up on new projects as assigned, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience developing marketing plans and executing integrated campaigns.
Strong project management, multitasking capability, and a numbers-driven mindset.
Good analytical skills with solid business acumen.
