As a Marketing & Trade Planning Executive at CAC Company, you will be part of our growing Food Services & Industry Portfolio in Vietnam. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with at least 1 year of experience in
business development or brand management, who are ready to take ownership of projects from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Business Development
• Coordinate with brand owners and sales teams for product launches, trade promotions, product catalogues, seasonal activities, sampling, workshops, demonstrations, expos, and event activations.
• Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans, campaigns, trade promotions, and sales strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to maximize brand growth.
2. Sales & Customer Management
• Work closely with sales teams and customers to achieve sales targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to improve results.
3. Marketing Activation
• Manage social media content, PR, and influencer engagement.
• Prepare marketing materials (POSM, packaging, presentation decks).
• Ensure flawless execution by coordinating with relevant teams, 3rd party, and agencies.
• Monitor budget utilization and campaign performance.
• Track marketing & promotion effectiveness and consumer feedback.
• Support nationwide marketing & trade promotion & activation calendar and reports.
4. New Product Development:
• Coordinate with brand principals on product formulation, packaging, and registration.
• Support product testing, shelf-life analysis, and sensory evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety and labeling regulations.
• Collect and analyze consumer feedback for product improvement.
• Document product specifications and technical data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, brand management, or sales.
• Experience working with international brands is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of retail, distribution, and logistics.
