II. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Experience
5+ years of professional experience in multinational corporations, dedicated to roles related to data cleansing and data migration projects as part of big ERP migration programs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.
Proven track record in developing and successfully delivering realistic data cleansing & migration concepts and solutions as part of ERP migrations.
Experience in understanding, developing, and enforcing data quality standards as part of the data cleansing journey.
Ecommerce experience is a plus.
Education
Bachelor degree or above.
Major in Finance and Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Computer science.
Skill
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems, business process and practices.
Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
