Material Development Specialist

About this position:
The Material Development Specialist will contribute to the development of CTS's training materials and modules covering a wide range of business & management/ soft skills topics. This role will report directly to the Office Manager, and liaise closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Participate in meetings with sales team & trainers to update the expectations from clients.
-Attend training events to update on changing trends and requirements for material development of CTS courses
-Coordinate with sales department to develop the final training course outlines, TNA, and other course requirements (all training courses)
-Search and add new contents for upcoming courses + activities as required from sales, clients and trainers.
-Re-arrange and revise the course contents according to course outline & TNA, then send to trainers.
-Assign material development projects to outsource material specialists (if necessary) & follow-up.
-Coordinate with trainers to get advice & feedback about materials and other requirements for course activities.
