Ensuring material in house is check and accept in appropriately and follow up material inspection on time.
Follow up location arrangement in warehouse and ERP update on time.
Make sure management decisions are communicated and implemented with the workforce.
Warehouse arrangement (housekeeping)
Ensuring all work allocation as per daily requirement.
Make sure all material in house inspection are done before issuing to production
Ensure ERP system and physical inventory data accuracy
