Location: Factory at Can Duoc, Long An.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management:
o Plan, direct, and coordinate plant operations to ensure efficient production, safety, and timely delivery of products.
o Monitor and optimize production processes, including milling, grading, packaging, and storage.
o Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
o Manage plant maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Safety Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to protect employees, visitors, and the environment.
o Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.
o Investigate accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote a safety-first culture.
• Quality Control:
o Execute quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
o Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
o Implement corrective actions to prevent quality defects and maintain product consistency.
• Team Leadership:
o Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of plant personnel.
o Motivate and inspire employees to achieve plant objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
o Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates, resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Implement cost-saving measures and optimize production processes to improve profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, environmental standards, and labor laws.
o Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
o Represent the plant in regulatory inspections and audits, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Preferred: Mechanical/Food tech/Chemical/Industrial).
• 15+ years of experience in the food processing industry, with a strong preference for experience in packed food processing.
• Proven track record in plant management, including operations, quality control, safety, and team leadership.
• Experience of working in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Understanding of safety management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of OEE, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
• Good in English and computer skills.
