Oversee the recruitment, support, and management of MCNs, and develop both short-term and long-term operational plans to assist MCNs in identifying, activating, uplifting, and retaining creators.
Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with agency partners to foster agency growth; assist the MCN affiliate team in optimizing the product pool alongside the seller team.
Utilize resources and capabilities for
business development, cross-border marketing, and inter-industry collaboration to create monetization strategies for MCNs.
Assist brands with daily operations by setting up efficient coordination and cooperation frameworks with the IS team, expanding the MCN's product assortment, and enhancing compliance regulations.
Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 1 year of experience in the e-commerce sector or the Affiliate/MCN industry, possessing a broad understanding of business and insights into KOL/MCN trends.
Experience in livestreaming with celebrities or major KOLs, including scripting, product assortment, and data analysis. Familiarity with products and brands is essential, and brand-side experience is a plus.
Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and brands, demonstrate excellent business negotiation skills and the ability to integrate resources effectively; capable of negotiating directly with senior management of partners and aligning internal resources.
Strategic thinkers with resilience under pressure and strong collaboration skills possess a strong ability to learn and manage data effectively, along with mature reporting and summarizing skills.

English proficiency is required, Chinese proficiency is preferred.
