Mô tả Công việc
- Deploy processing drawings, purchase raw materials, control raw materials and process samples according to 2D drawings, 3D parts of bicycles, bicycles, lithium package batteries, packaging boxes, ...
- Analyzing and evaluating samples based on original standards, giving solutions and optimizations.
- To connect batch processing, sample production and handing of documents
- Contribute to the development of features and designs for future vehicle solutions.
- Invention and create production ready innovations
- Develop and implement engineering design solutions
- Perform design analysis and product evaluations for future technology
- Research concept ideas using mathematical modelling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost effective
- Produce design ideas, based on research, into technical plans for prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD)
- Carry out simulations of products for new and prototype projects using in-house software for the customer and provide support and feedback on design
- Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until design meets specification requirements
- Make report to Head of R&D
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or higher
- At least 10 years experience and studied/worked abroad
- E-bike, E-Vehical, automotive industry background is preferred but not required
- Experience with aluminum manufacturing processes such as CNC, sheet metal bending, forming, die casting, FDM, etc.
- Experience in sourcing components and communicating with local suppliers
- A minimum of five years in SolidWorks, Auto CAD 2D/3D (or other) and technical drawings (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance GD&T knowledge).
- Experience with hand tools and various manufacturing and prototyping techniques (milling, laser cutting, 3D printing) is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and support multiple projects as needed
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and team player
- Ability to handle detail, multiple tasks, and occasionally short-notice deadlines
- English language is required.
