Job Description
Lead projects independently from concept to production
Propose test cases and relevant test methods
Set up and complete testing independently
Analyze data and draw conclusions
Communicate and discuss findings with customers and colleagues, and take appropriate actions
Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of in-house processes relevant to EWI's products (e.g., injection molding, printing on plastic, wire harnesses, PCB assembly, stamping, plastic coloration, etc.).
Be familiar with external supplier processes and requirements, with the ability to learn more as needed through independent research and training (e.g., mold making, printing, extrusion, metals and coating)
Demonstrate strong 2D and 3D drawing skills, including the ability to create 3D models from samples
Work effectively with external suppliers to develop products that meet requirements and are delivered on time
Use Microsoft Excel or other statistical tools proficiently, including advanced functions such as lookup and reference, statistical and engineering analysis, and clearly communicate data and results in a professional manner
Perform specific tasks assigned by the BOD and Manager
