WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
• Working as a hands on expert in the areas of dicing and slicing of wafers and manufacturing of technical ceramics.
• Technically leads a diverse group of team members in thermoelectric wafer and ceramics manufacturing operations to troubleshoot relevant process and product-related problems.
• Working with design engineers to review technical drawings to ensure they are in compliant with process capabilities established to successful production outcome.
• Observing and learning the wafer manufacturing processes and interacting closely with operators/engineers in cooperative manner to propose technical projects to undertake for process understanding and improvement activities.
• Reviewing of manufacturing process data to perform statistical analysis and run complex tests using Design of Experiment (DOE) principles to investigate the root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical reports and presentation for the management and global experts on subjects studied in depth after leading teams with an objective to propose solutions to process problems.
• Working with local and international suppliers and experts from other global divisions to execute material qualification plans and new process implementation, and participate in process improvement activities.
Yêu cầu
• Background: Mechanical Engineer with Processing Experience, Material Science and Engineering, Ceramic or Metallurgy Field
• Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience in wafer and technical ceramic manufacturing
• Candidates with experience working in back ends of semiconductor manufacturing are preferred
• Knowledge of slicing and dicing saws for semiconductor material and able to learn programming such mechanical tools
• Knowledge of sintering and firing of materials using high-temperature furnace in control atmosphere conditions is preferred
• Understanding of metallurgy and chemical bonding between metals and ceramics is preferred
• Strong analytical/problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities.
• Proficient in English for report writing and process procedure documentation purpose.
• Proficient in English for preparing and making presentation in person and/or over internet media to have effective communication skills

The annual bonus from 1.96 to 4.00 monthly salary (including the 13th-month salary). The amount depends on the position and grade, apply to new offers from July 2025.
