- Supervise and support mechanical maintenance activities at the plant site.
- Monitor dismantling, repair, and replacement works for mechanical equipment.
- Inspect equipment condition before, during, and after maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Supervisors, Safety personnel, and construction teams to execute site activities.
- Prepare work plans, materials, tools, and manpower for maintenance/shutdown activities.
- Monitor work progress and update daily reports.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions during plant operation.
- Inspect and carry out work completion acceptance after maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-1 - 3 years of experience in maintenance or steel plant environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and systems.

- Graduated from University, major in Mechanical or any related fields
- Have at least 01 years' experience in relevant position
- Can use Autocad 2D and 3D well.
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
- Good at English
- Be honest, self-motivated, Careful and have a high sense of responsibility.
