Equipment Management:

Mechanical Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in sewing machines and related equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical failures.
Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance.
Ensure timely procurement of parts to avoid delays in repairs.
Team Supervision:
Lead and train a team of mechanics and maintenance staff to ensure high performance.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety standards and regulations.
Implement safety protocols for handling and maintaining equipment.
