Equipment Management:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for sewing machines and other production equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repairs to minimize disruptions.
Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
Mechanical Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in sewing machines and related equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical failures.
Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance.
Ensure timely procurement of parts to avoid delays in repairs.
Team Supervision:
Lead and train a team of mechanics and maintenance staff to ensure high performance.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety standards and regulations.
Implement safety protocols for handling and maintaining equipment.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a sewing factory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sewing machinery and production equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with maintenance management software.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
- Experience in training and supervising maintenance teams.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Yen Lap, Phu Tho.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work to address urgent maintenance needs.
