Mechanical Supervisor

o Support Mechanical manager to reviewing detailed construction schedule based on actual progress and work volume. Report the actual site conditions to mechanical manager
o Support Mechanical manager to Reviewing and estimating construction cost based on actual work progress and work volume.
o Attend meetings with subcontractor (together mechanical manager) for manage Subcontractors.
o Attend meetings to coordinate with related groups in JFE Bac Ninh Project Team.
o monitor the subcontract work progress and take necessary action against subcontractors to achieve milestones
o Work with mechanical manager to check the change of BOQ and scope of work together including V.O. and site instructions,
o Work with mechanical manager to prepare the detailed construction plan and schedule, based on the basic construction plan.
o Coordinate with QC to help subcontractor to improve their workmanship.
o Coordinate with HSE to carry out and improve HSE activities at site. Support subcontractor's HSE activities.
o Coordinate with other related parts (mechanical work) for smoothly installation process at site per mechanical manger handling
o Execute repair work against NCR and punch list items per manager ordered.
o Coordinate with Material Controller about site material control activities such as: Material condition at site/surplus material managed for equipment & pressure parts
o Monitor material status at site. Material requirement for installation per actual construction work,
o Monitor and check if the latest drawing and field changes are in subcontractor's hands. Report any changes to manager
