Job Description & Requirements - Media Executive - Zeta Media
About the Role: As a Media Executive at Zeta Media, you will be a key member of our growing multifaceted digital optimization team. Your primary focus will be to drive digital campaign planning, execution, and analysis to maximize our clients' marketing performance. You will also contribute to developing advanced analytic solutions for top companies across various industries.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement digital media plans that address clients' unique challenges and objectives
Create and manage quarterly and annual media plans, including budget allocation and daily task planning, to ensure timely delivery and acceptable results
Execute and oversee day-to-day operations of search, social, and display advertising campaigns, working closely with your Line Manager
Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established goals such as CPL, CPO, ROAS, and CAC
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, continuously improving campaign effectiveness
Generate comprehensive campaign reports to extract valuable learnings and insights for future projects

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and campaign optimization
Proven proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus
