Execute and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Zalo, Tiktok, Adnetwork, App...) for clients, ensuring committed KPIs.
Provide quotations for multi-platform advertising services including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zalo, Tiktok, App, etc.
Conduct market research and study new products/services developed by Facebook, Google, Zalo, Tiktok, as well as existing ones to enhance optimization.
Develop media plans and participate in pitching alongside the
Business Development department.
Support other team members and achieve assigned KPIs.
Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the Line Manager.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position (prior experience in a similar role at an Agency is preferred).
Proven experience in optimizing mobile campaigns, CPA (install, order, like, engagement, registration, etc.), and E-commerce is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Deep technical expertise in advertising platforms: Adwords, Facebook, etc.
Ability to manage and optimize multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all KPIs are met within timelines and quality standards.
Passion for numbers, budget planning, and data analysis; strong campaign management and optimization skills.

Total Income: Gross Salary of 12,000,000 VND - 16,000,000 VND + Quarterly/Annual KPI Bonus + 13th-month salary.
