Strong data analysis skills: Ability to identify trends, analyze violation patterns, and extract actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with basic data visualization tools is a plus.
Good understanding of TikTok Ads Manager's logic and advertiser ecosystem.
Strong research skills and willingness to dive deep into policies and product mechanisms.
Good English reading and writing skills (able to understand TikTok policies and technical documentation).
Clear communication skills and ability to present complex concepts simply.
Nice to Have
Experience working in media agencies or TikTok-related roles.
Experience handling ad account appeals or risk management cases.
Ability to build analytical reports or structured data dashboards.
