Job Description
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations.
Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) to track user behavior and identify trends.
SEO/SEM Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website and landing pages.
Work with content creation teams to ensure SEO optimization.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Work with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in
digital marketing and the F&B tech industry.
Budget Management:
Create and maintain marketing budgets.
Track spending and ensure that all campaigns are within budget.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the tech or F&B industry.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and achieving ROI goals.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the F&B industry is a plus.
