Development of core medical plan and strategy aligned with the priorities set out in the integrated global brand or regional/ local strategic brand plan;
Responding to unsolicited request for medical information (MIE);
Scientific and medical discussions related to evolving trends in disease condition management and treatment trends;
Scientific Exchange that enables Company to benefit from the expertise, knowledge and insights of external healthcare stakeholders and sharing those insights with other functions within company, where appropriate;
Activities that are supportive of Commercial Activities and Promotional Activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of Company field sales representatives, support of Commercial of securing access and reimbursement for our products and training of promotional speakers);
Verifying that projects and tasks are conducted according to good clinical practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other compliance standards;
Participating in meetings with senior management and attending external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company;
Developing the best possible working relationships between the organisation and stakeholders.
Leading, coaching, and motivating team-members in MA department.

Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).
Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic area, clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in depth in therapeutic areas.
Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills
Outstanding communication and skills and the ability to function within a team environment.
Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure
Strong customer facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility.
Corporate culture competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity
Experience within a clinical drug development environment preferred.
Professional personal appearance.
Accept to travel approximately 60%.
Good communication in English
Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.
