Content Planning:
Develop and execute content plan aligned with clients' goals, ensuring that all medical content reflects the brand's voice and values.
Content Creation and Editing
Research, write, and edit high-quality medical content for various platforms, ensuring that it is informative, engaging, and accessible to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with medical professionals and subject matter experts to develop content that is both informative and aligned with the latest medical research and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, account management, and medical experts, to ensure that all medical content aligns with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
Oversee the development and maintenance of content that adheres to regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance with industry standards and clients' quality control requirements.
Continual Learning and Innovation
Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatment developments, and industry trends to ensure that content remains current, relevant, and innovative.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy or life sciences. Advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in medical writing, healthcare communications, or a related field.
Experience in Medical affairs and/or Pharmaceutical industry and/or Medical content industry / agency is preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for medical content, including industry standards and clients' quality control requirements.
Ability to provide storytelling using medical data.
Knowledge of material types used in pharmaceutical and FMCG industry.
Knowledge of medicine and treatment trends. Exceptional understanding of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and scientific research methods.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear, engaging manner.
Multi-tasking and team work skills are required
Experience in Medical affairs and/or Pharmaceutical industry and/or Medical content industry / agency is preferred.
