Mô tả công việc
To provide the drug information to the HCP, which contributes in driving diabetes patient access to therapy of my area and Nationwide as a whole by efficient and effective promotion of Novo Nordisk products to health care professionals in assigned territories.
• Promotes Novo Nordisk products to healthcare professional in assigned healthcare organization in the compliant way
• Establishes good rapport with Medical Doctors and Pharmacists
• Organizes relevant activities and meetings in hospitals and at the department level
• Understanding Medical Doctor's therapy behavior to provide product's information to his/her treatment
• Collect reports on adverse event/ quality of products during the drug introduction process and report to NN- Quality
• Reporting and Administrative Tasks
• Submits the required reports on time
• Utilizes the tools given in effectively and efficiently
• Nature and scope of Main accountabilities
• Ensure territory objective
• Analyse and diagnose HCP's treatment behaviour
• Make and execute territory plan
• Execute according to Brand strategy
• Work according to Business Ethics procedures
• Work according local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
• Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers and key contacts
• Build effective relationships with assigned customers
• Provide customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up
• Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and other NN meetings
• Participate in and contribute effectively to cross functional collaboration (field functions)
• Challenges with regard to innovation and change
• Liaising with colleagues including Medical, QA, to address HCP's need of NN products
• Organising Health Information events of HCP and ensure follow up
