Mô tả công việc
• Prepare employees' payroll calculation by the end of each month using payroll software
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Do monthly and yearly Tax report
• In charge all of tasks related Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance, sick leave claim, premier health insurance
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies
• To assist Cluster Human Resources Manager in the development of human resources policies, procedures guidance as required.
Yêu cầu
• Strong knowledge of payroll functions including wage calculations, tax withholding, and deductions
• Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
