* Membership Administration
- Manage member records and ensure all data in the CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding process, including welcome emails, packs, and tours.
- Handle day-to-day member queries efficiently and courteously.
* Engagement & Retention
- Assist in the coordination of member engagement initiatives and events.
- Track member activity and flag disengagement or feedback trends.
- Support VIP members with personalised service where required.
* Collaboration
- Work closely with the Member & Events Manager to support club programming.
- Liaise with marketing, events, and guest relations teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Help prepare membership reports and analytics as required.
Yêu cầu
- 1-3 years' experience in membership administration, hospitality, or events.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems or databases.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling member data.
- Professional, polished, and member focused.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
