MEP BIM Modeller ( Thu Nhập Từ 18Tr - 25Tr)

It is important that all archesco employees have a clear understanding of the expectations of their duties and responsibilities. This job description outlines the major responsibilities for this role and is a guide to the employee and their managers as to their overall responsibilities. The employee recognizes that they may be required to undertake work that is outside of the specifics of this job description from time to time, as required and requested to do so for the good operations of archesco and they agree to undertake all reasonable and lawful instructions provided to them. Following are the main duties and responsibilities for this position:
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and/or maintenance of the BIM Execution plan for each project, and ensure that deliverables for each phase of the project are in produced in line with the prescribed BEP. Coordinate closely with fellow project team members across all disciplines and ensure good BIM modelling housekeeping, especially as model complexity and documentation volume increases.
Work closely with the engineers, BIM team members across all principle disciplines especially with regard to LOD, clash detection and rectification, and problem solving.
· Assist Manager in reviewing BIM models and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
· Collaborate with the design team to ensure that BIM models are being used effectively to improve design coordination and communication
· Where necessary, participate in project presentations and meetings with on the design team to promote new BIM methodologies, tools, and techniques which may help in enhancing project productivity.
· Ensure that BIM data is being managed and archived appropriately for future use
· To be familiar with BIM/Revit software.
· Good grasp of engineering principles and spatial co-ordination within the chosen discipline.
· Exposure to infrastructure design processes also advantageous
· Must have some appreciation of interfacing with architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines, Assist the design team with various engineering tasks, such as:
• Work with the design team to determine the most appropriate drawing documentation presentation
• Extracting design information from analysis models to generate details
• Assist in generating MEP details
• Assist in generating MEP analysis models when required
