MEP Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for projects assigned directly by the Board of Directors/ Line Manager;
• Check design electrical systems (MV, LV, and Electric Light, PCCC and Latest Vietnamese National Fire Codes) of the design consultants in the design phase;
• Contact government agencies (fire protection, electrical network connection, telephone, internet) to get approval for design approval as well as connection after construction;
• Design the electrical system, technical standards for the project when required;
• Practical experience with the following electrical industry standards: AS, BS, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC and TCVN;
• Separate the volume from the cost for the project estimate (for project cost and bidding) when required;
• Coordinate with other departments in the project team during the design and construction stages to avoid conflicts in the design and construction methods (architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, block engineers quality, project management, procurement department ...);
• Construction supervision of contractors during the construction phase;
• Checking and approving construction method drawings of contractors;
• Technical support for shopping department;
• Support maintenance work when completed.
