Job Description:
MEP Engineer of the company will be responsible to assist Construction
Project Manager/Director of Development/Project Manager for, including but not limited to ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in accordance with project-specific cost and schedule requirements of Sanctuary project of the Company. The job description shall be following:
• Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications).
• Assist with plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule.
• Assist in problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Assist to validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.
• Assist to monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment
• Other assigned tasks from the Construction Project Manager/Director of Development/Project Manager.
• Male, in good health, agile.
• University degree in Construction-related majors; engineering or related major.
• 3-5 years of construction experience in construction/site environment. Including the main contractor's work.
• Proficient in using specialized software, office software, and conversational English.
• Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to travel for work.
• Ability to manage quality and progress.
• Report writing skills: work reports, weekly, monthly, and progress reports.
• Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction process
