Maintenance Management

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Design and Development
Design and develop new machinery and equipment for the recycling process.
Modify and improve existing equipment to enhance efficiency and performance.
Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for new and modified equipment.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
Process Optimization
Analyze current recycling processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Work with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
Project Management
Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and final project summaries.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for new and existing equipment.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
Participate in safety audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintenance and Reliability
Support the maintenance team in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Work with maintenance technicians to train them on new equipment and processes.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in recycling technology and engineering practices.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve overall plant performance.

Manage spare part with ERP system.
Accept maintenance requests and evaluate the maintenance performances.
