Objective of role:
Product Management in eCommerce plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of eCommerce products strategies.
Leveraging the understanding of market trends, customer needs, and industry standards to execute plans to drive customer satisfaction and boost sales through website/ market place.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:
1. Product managements:
- Oversee the implementation of eCommerce products strategy on website/ marketplace.
- Work closely with Merchandising team for product analysis based on analysis of customer's journey on website, product sold and promotion plan.
- Work closely with Marketing team for the product images, content to align with the digital strategy for advertising.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and success of new and existing products.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities and differentiate products.
- Analysis insights and feedback to improve products on site.
- Coordinate with related departments to prepare and deliver execution for product reviews, presenting product performance, key metrics, and plans.
2. Ecommerce website Management:
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the merchandise/ marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and visuals.
- Coordinate with website person in charge to set up promotion on website.
- Update & report customer feedback and suggestions for website function development as product recommendations.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of product on site: sell through, ...
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports for line managers to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Candidates with 2 years of experience as product management, merchandise. Experience in retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewelry and ecommerce is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, English is an advantage.
- Skilled in using analysis, knowledge of e-commerce.
- Good problem solving and situational skills.
- Adaptability to changes in technology and the ecommerce landscape.
- Understanding google analytics/ Haravan is an advantage.
