The Purpose of the Job:
Merchandiser staff are primarily responsible for customer orders, ensuring goods and services are of the best quality from raw materials to finished products and delivery to customers.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Main duties
• Work with customers and take information from customers for styles development and orders, ensuring getting of the missing information in time.
• Transfer information about samples production to Pattern-sampling department; confirming delivery dates to a customer.
• Work with the Planning/ Production department for order delivery dates.
• Give information to the Purchase department for the new goods searching.
• Enter data into the computer system about products and calculation of their prices, getting price approval.
• Negotiate prices with customers, also quantity of the orders, production terms and other things which are written in the contract.
• Enter orders into the company system for
purchasing goods.
• Follow up and regular informing of customers about leftovers of goods in LTP stock, ensuring the customers' obligations to use all leftovers.
• Ensure obligations of the customer to use all the goods if it is necessary to buy them without production order.
• Inform/ Meeting constantly and suggest new ideas for the customers in order to getting more new orders.
• Meeting with customer to settle all issue of orders
• Arrange customer visit and vice versa
• Other duties assigned by group Management
2. Responsibilities:
• Independently work and proper communication with customers in face-to-face meeting and online meeting.
• For the correct costing and Gross Profit 1.
• Working according to the demands of the company management system and LTP culture value
• Keeping to LTP working rules and securing the company's confidential information.
