Merchandise Senior Sales Executive

• Product Development
- Evaluate current suppliers to optimize strengths and resource availability.
- Search for new suppliers to complement new product lines
- Build close relationships with partners
• Develop and implement a purchasing plan
- Develop a purchasing plan based on the analysis of the previous season and forecast the trend of the new season
- Communicate the general plan to the relevant department to implement the design plan, sample development, quotation
- Track progress between departments to ensure that purchases are on time
- Ensure the purchase price at the best price with the best quality
- Propose and develop potential new items for the new year with sales design and forecast
• Develop and implement a sales plan
- Coordinate with the communications team to create content and post on social media
- Coordinate with models and players to take photos and promote on sales pages
- Check messages and respond to customer requests on the fanpage and online shop
- Develop the brand and reputation of the business through specific strategic proposals
- Develop and implement a sales plan for Team Flash website as a new sales platform
• Report
- Prepare daily reports and updates for accountants
- Monthly Board Report
