YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Proven experience in merchandising within the Vietnamese retail market.
Strong background in product planning and development, with a focus on products that are customer-centric and commercially viable.
Preferred: Experience in the gifting industry, including crafting and developing gift boxes.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to conceptualize exclusive, desirable products for CHUS customers.
Customer-centricity is a must-product development must be driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and desires.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
English proficiency is optional but a plus.
