We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support our international
business development and order execution. You will assist merchandisers in prospecting new customers (email, LinkedIn), preparing product catalogs and sales materials, and managing internal orders and requests. You will coordinate samples, pricing, and production with suppliers, and follow orders from development to delivery. You will also support quotations, reporting, quality checking and raw material tracking, while working closely with the team and suppliers in English to ensure product quality and on time delivery. The position is open for beginer profiles.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist merchandisers in searching and approaching international customers (email, LinkedIn: guided)
• Prepare and update company profile & product catalogue and promotional documents
• Arrange product images and support simple layout for sales materials
• Follow up samples, pricing and production with suppliers
• Support order handling from development to delivery
• Assist in placing and tracking raw material orders when needed
• Prepare quotations, product information and internal reports
• Work daily with our international offices and suppliers in English.
• Support checking product quality and timelines
• Bachelor degree is a plus.
• Good English communication both oral and written
• Careful, organized, good follow-up
• Canva basic is a plus
• Good sense of images/layout is preferred
• Open for fresh graduates, 1-3 years of work experience is a plus
