Việc làm Merchandiser

Mô tả công việc

Do nhu cầu mở rộng hoạt động sản xuất, TMI tuyển dụng các vị trí ngành may gồm: Material Staff/ Assistant of Developer/IE Staff/ GSD Staff/Kaizen Staff. Công việc cụ thể như sau:
1. Material staff:

Task 1: Material information collection/ Tổng hợp thông tin nguyên phụ liệu
- Create master chart by style level from development TP/BOM
- Track & check the RMDS detail information (MOQ/ Price/ LT...) information from Nike vs T2 confirmation info
- Check the Item description and work back with Product team & T2 to verifying for any discrepancy found
- Collect material risk assessment/ limitation/ heat limitation/ washing condition from vendor
- Collect testing report/ testing standard from vendor
- Collect the approved fabric quality/ Face and back side
- Collect the material production allocation to define shipping term and payment
- Collect the new material development requirement from customer
- Collect fabric quality/ price/ MOQ/ [protected info] from vendor
- Submit to customer for quality approval
Task 2: Quality Management/ Quản lý chất lượng nguyên phụ liệu
- Arrange material to in-house lab do test in case quality concern
- Tracking the in-house lab material test result/
- Arrange fabric to trim vendor for heat application testing
Task 3: Buy Ready
- Preparing, Updating & Sharing the material dash boards chart
- Making meeting recap and follow up the pending issue
- Communicate with vendor and make sure material quality and LD approved before Buy Ready
- Arrange related support document to release buy ready
Task 4:Support & Others/ Hỗ trợ và thực hiện những nhiệm vụ khác
- Monitoring & evaluation the supplier's accroding to ISO's requirement
- ERP system - Material library set up/ Hệ thống ERP
- Perform other task was assigned by team Leader or Manager to support other team incase
- Attend management meeting & Development Activities meeting
- Attend meeting with cross functional team based on specific subject
- Attend the training from external & internal

2. Asistant of Developer:

Task 1: Material voucher control (sample order): Kiểm soát phiếu cấp nguyên phụ liệu (Cho hàng mẫu)
- Creating and issuing material (Fabric + Accessories) to warehouse & Production at Development stage (including Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM, PM, Ref sample, [protected info]).
- Tracking the material status report to preparing for material voucher issuing.
- Tracking the in-house fabric shrinkage test report to release material voucher.
- Theo dõi kết quả test độ co rút của vải để phát hành phiếu cấp NPL.
- Tracking sample order planning & progress.
- Do balancing material and work with Technical for any material consumption was impacted material quality/quantity to work out the reasonabl material voucher.
Task 2: Preparing shipment memo for sample shipment:
- Create shipment memo send to Receptionist do release sample shipment through courier/ Air ((for FOC sample w/o declare custom))
- Track & Update shipment memo follow up chart.
- Consoliate and do report for sample transportation cost by monthly, season, yearly.
Task 3: Keep Sample manage:
- Receipt, update & follow up status for keep sample quantity submit by production from each Development stage.
- Control the keep sample quantity in-put, out-put and inventory by season & Yearly.
- Hang up new keep sample and folded back the old keep sample put in inventory.
Task 4: Sample tag:
- Create sample tag with full in info related style develop & cut down be hangtag shape to release sample submission: Prototype sample ,PRO/ISR, Reference sample, DS sample, Others sample
Task 5: Support & others:
- Consolidate and do report for FOC sample cost.
- Support team for strike off cut, trim and paste to submit form.
- Support to write down recap from product develop meeting.
- Attend management meeting & Development Activities meeting.
- Attend the training from external & internal
- Perform other task was assigned by team Leader or Manager to support other team incase.
- Support Clean up Development department's store to keep 6S.

3. GSD Staff:

Task 1: Analyze garment operations on GSD software
- Receiving information to GSD the price quotations, samples Proto 1, 2, the mass codes from the team leader.
- Check the information from the process team, film to conduct GSD analysis.)
- Analyze garment operations on GSD software)
Task 2: Report the result of GSD analysis to the group leader
- Report results after direct GSD analysis to group leader.
- Enter the data, the final result of the GSD analysis into the summary table)
Task 3: Participate in the production support department.
- Multiply and input the output report of the production support department.)
- Check and print the transcript of production support.)
Task 4:
- Participate in activities related to the plant system
- Attend all corporate policy training sessions.
- Implement and follow the relevant system of the plant.
- Daily additional work.
- Solve problems arising daily within the authority.

4. IE Staff:

Task 1:Theo dõi năng suất các chuyền may theo sự phân công và đưa ra giải pháp cụ thể nhằm cải thiện năng suất: Cân bằng chuyền, cải tiến thao tác của người vận hành, rút ngắn công đoạn thừa.
Task 2:Thiết kế sơ đồ chuyền -Layout khi sắp lên mã hàng mới, chuyển đổi mã hàng. Cân bằng chuyền- Line Balance: Khi mới đổi mã và chuyền bị mất cân bằng
Task 3: Theo dõi quá trình chuyển đổi mã hàng chuyền may. Thu thập thời gian chuyển đổi mã của chuyền : COPT, COT,....
Task 4:Làm báo cáo liên quan đến việc cải thiện hiệu quả sản xuất: Theo dõi năng suất, dữ liệu Down time, Thu thập thời gian bấm giờ-Cycle time.
Task 5: Các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan đến bộ phận sản xuất: in bảng biểu trực quan, form mẫu,

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree in Garment Technology or equivalent
Garment Manaufacturing
At least 1 year experience in equivalent position.
