Up to $900/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Merchandiser Leader (Garment, ID 17437) for a foreign-invested company:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to forecast product needs and plan stock ranges.
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Optimize product displays to enhance customer interest and boost sales.
Create store layout plans and manage store inventory and shelf maintenance.
Forecast sales and profits, and manage budgeting.
Monitor stock movement, including markdowns, promotions, and price adjustments.
Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with channel partners to close deals.
Ensure timely sample submission and approval per the T&A deadline.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends.
Requirement
Male/Female: under 40 years old
Graduated from University in HR major.
Have 05-08 years of experience as Merchandiser in Garment Companies.
Strong in costing and has in-depth knowledge of fabrics and pricing
Good at English.
